Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing customer accounts
- Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Advising clients on investment options and managing portfolios
- Assessing customer creditworthiness and processing loan applications
- Monitoring customer accounts to detect and prevent fraud
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining knowledge of bank policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Proven experience in banking and customer service
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills for senior positions
