This is a common job interview question that the recruiters may ask the candidates, here is a sample answer:

My strengths are my strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. I am a highly motivated individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that a job is done correctly and efficiently. I am a quick learner and able to adapt to new situations and technologies with ease, which has enabled me to excel in my previous roles.
Another one of my strengths is my strong interpersonal skills. I am able to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, superiors, and clients.
