Job Description:

Bellboys are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at hotels, motels, and resorts. They greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage and other items, and ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied during their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other items
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and its amenities
• Respond to guests’ requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guests’ satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and public areas
• Help guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure that all guest complaints are handled promptly and appropriately

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
