Job Description:
The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. They are responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, implementing customer service policies and procedures, and providing training and support to customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, and escalate them to the appropriate department or manager as necessary
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure that customers receive consistent and high-quality service
- Train and support customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure that customer service is integrated into all aspects of the business
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and customer feedback
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Salary Range:
The salary range for a Customer Relations Manager in the USA can vary depending on the company and location, but typically ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year.
