Job Description:
A Human Resource Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing various human resource functions within an organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring employees for various positions within the organization
- Developing and implementing training programs for new and existing employees
- Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Developing and maintaining employee files and records
- Assisting with the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Coordinating with other departments and managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of human resource laws and regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with human resource management software and systems
Qualifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is preferred
- Experience with recruiting and hiring processes
- Experience with employee benefits and compensation management
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of human resource laws and regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:
The average salary for a Human Resource Specialist in the USA is $59,180 per year, with a range of $41,000 to $79,000.
