Job Description and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
